NotifyUp monitors the availability of the websites and endpoints you configure and sends alerts by email, SMS, voice call, and Slack when it detects a problem. It also tracks SSL certificate expiry, response times, and incident history.

• Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us promptly at [email protected] of any unauthorized use.

You agree to use NotifyUp lawfully and responsibly. In particular, you will not:

• Monitor endpoints you do not own or are not authorized to monitor.
• Use the service to attack, overload, scan, or probe systems without authorization.
• Use it for any unlawful, infringing, or abusive purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.

NotifyUp offers free and paid plans with different features and limits. Where a plan is paid, the applicable price and billing terms are presented to you before purchase. Plan limits (such as the number of monitors and alert channels) apply as described on the pricing page.

NotifyUp is a monitoring aid, not a guarantee. Checks run on a schedule and can produce false positives or false negatives, and alert delivery depends on third-party providers (email, SMS, voice, and Slack) and is not guaranteed to be timely or successful. Do not rely on NotifyUp as your sole safeguard for critical systems.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will detect every outage. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NotifyUp will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from missed or delayed alerts or from downtime of the sites you monitor. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim (or, for free accounts, a nominal amount).

You may stop using NotifyUp and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that harms NotifyUp or others.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
